At El B***o passion is the most important ingredient, and we bring you the beauty of Mexican flavours in every bite. Chef Marysol from San Luis Potosí serves delicious burritos, tacos, quesadillas and salads. All made with fresh ingredients every single day, no exceptions (seriously, we don’t even have a freezer). At El B***o we want to give something back to this cute little animal that gave us our name: So together with The Donkey Sanctuary we will give our customers the chance to adopt a donkey! By adopting a donkey you’ll guarantee its future with sanctuary, making sure it will never want for warmth, care og food again. If you like authentic Mexican streetfood, you will love El B***o.
