From our last Sunday brunch, March 15th. We made a proper seafood menu with the best of Nordic produce together with the amazing Thai flavors

Brunch Menu:
- Norwegian ikejime cod tartar with lemongrass and toasted rice
- Nham prik num with chicken skin and Kalix löyrom
- Miang kham with langoustine claws
- King crab with coconut «lefse» and loohn
- Scallops with marian plum, green peas and coconut dressing
- Langoustine tail with chill- and ginger sauce
- Monkfish with stir-fried sprouts, crispy omelet, chu chee curry and roti
- Vanilla ice cream and coconut pancake

Make sure to get a table for one of the next happenings.

Today is our last service for 2025!

Champagne kveld med Pierre Paillard og Georges Remy - 20. januar 2026

Martin og Hector har satt sammen en spennende mat meny til 8 forskjellig glass Champagne fra produsentene Pierre Paillard og Georges Remy.

Pris per person 3.490,- inkl matmeny og Champagne

Champagne Pierre Paillards historie starter i 1768, da Antoine Paillard kjøpte en liten del av en vinmark i Bouzy i Montagne de Reims. Noen av disse vinmarkene har familien drevet i 250 år, men det er den nye generasjonen som virkelig har hentet ut potensialet i vinmarkene. Siden 2018 har eiendommen vært drevet av åttende generasjon, Antoine og Quentin Paillard

Rémy-familien kjøpte sin første vinmark i Bouzy allerede i 1829, men den musserende vinproduksjonen startet først i 2014. For Georges er det viktig å jobbe med modne druer og han er derfor blant de siste dyrkerne i området til å høste druene. Da inneholder de kanskje noe lavere syrlighet, men desto mer konsentrasjon, dybde og salinitet
