We use foods from nature, and foods that care for nature. All of our dishes are made from plants alone, meaning we can maintain a low environmental footprint whilst al

so providing numerous health benefits to your body. We take an organic-first, local-first approach. Where possible, we use organic ingredients in our dishes. All our juices, salads are 100% organic. And we also aim to source our ingredients from the local area. Nordvegan will soon be a carbon-neutral restaurant. Nordvegan also serves a wide range of gluten-free and sugar-free dishes to help you get the most from your body and reach the pinnacle of human health. Nordvegan opens in Oslo in March 17th 2017.

Hailing from Slovenia, they’re the unofficial pioneers of plant-based steak, ribs, and whole “loins.” They’ve been melting minds with their super realistic cuts since way back in 2020. But, us Norwegians are only getting them now!

To celebrate this major upgrade to every plant-based chef’s “meat” selection, we’ll be serving our signature Bao Buns with Juicy Marbles steak all weekend long. Come hungry, we think you’ll be pleasantly surprised!
