𝗖𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝟭𝟱𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁.
We were a bit ambitious with our original timeline. While we hoped to be back open for the weekend, we will unfortunately remain 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝟭𝟱𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁. 𝘛𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘪𝘯𝘤𝘭𝘶𝘥𝘦𝘴 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘵𝘦𝘮𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘢𝘳𝘺 𝘤𝘰𝘧𝘧𝘦𝘦 𝘣𝘢𝘳. We should be back open as normal Sunday from 9:00-18:00!

Renovations are fully underway! This morning we emptied out the roastery and set up our temporary coffee bar in 📍Gamlebyen Mat & Drikke ☕️ The floors are being sanded down and already looking great!

Just to reiterate— the roastery is closed all week! However, we are still selling coffee out of Festhallen across the parking lot! Just follow the Fuglen signs to find the coffee 🦅 ☕️

– I sommer fikk jeg også muligheten til å bli med herrelandslaget i fotball som kokk under VM, etter at jeg ble kontaktet av NFF rett før jul. Det var et tilbud jeg ikke kunne si nei til.
