These are some of the dishes for a new season, these are ingredients and colours that work as a team, this is Furu Gastropub.
Created by Head Chef Normantas Ruzgas and the people around him, giving each plate its own distinctive character, it’s already famously recognizable balance of flavors, and providing consistency day after day, night after night. Yes, we are proud of it and look forward to serve them.
In a world where short term profit seems to be too often the ultimate goal, we have managed to bring together a group of people that shares a rare common vision of long term quality and enjoys the constant search for improvement.
