One thing most of us in Lofoten share is our love of the mountains and the endless opportunities to adventure right in our backyard.

This week for our wood-oven pizza nights, we are bringing you a mountain classic from Trentino-Alto Adige: 🏔️ Pizza Montanara 🏔️

A true mountain-style pizza with smoked mozzarella cheese ”provola affumicata”, champignons, Italian smoked Speck ham and truffle oil.

Come and taste the Italian Alps amidst the Lofoten mountains this weekend at Hjørnet!
