After weeks of grey, the sun finally showed up - and so did this trio.
While the arctic light floods the 17th floor, the charcoal grill does its own kind of shining - searing NY strip, lamb filet and pork loin.
Pepper sauce, chimichurri, honey-mustard-tarragon and sides built for long days and late sunsets.

The food critics «Søt & Syrlig» of the local newspaper visited our restaurant a couple of weeks ago.
They had a great evening and gave us the highest score in every category. Finally!
We are so proud of our whole team and happy, that all the hard work pays off.
