Italian hospitality is about making people feel welcome from the moment they arrive.

It is something Stefano grew up with in Naples, and something he wanted his restaurants in Bergen to carry forward.

Come in, take a seat and stay a little longer. 🇮🇹

Good Italian food starts with simplicity.

Quality ingredients, time and respect for tradition have always been at the heart of Stefano’s approach to cooking.

Because sometimes, the simplest dishes are the ones you remember most. 🇮🇹

Growing up in Naples, the kitchen was always a place full of life.

Food was prepared, stories were shared, and family gathered around the table.

It is a feeling Stefano has carried with him all the way to Bergen. ❤️

Every dish has a story behind it.

For Stefano, many of those stories begin in Naples – with family, tradition and the flavours he grew up with.

Today, that inspiration continues in our kitchens in Bergen.

Some traditions are too important to leave behind. 🇮🇹

For Stefano, the flavours, hospitality and atmosphere he grew up with in Naples became something he wanted to bring with him to Bergen.

Today, those traditions remain an important part of everything we do.

The best meals are rarely just about the food.

They are about who you share them with, the conversations around the table and the memories you take home.

That is the Italian food culture Stefano wants to share in Bergen. ❤️
