Thank you Bijenkorf! It's a wrap, we out.

After eleven unforgettable weeks, our Fixed Gear Coffee × Coffee before Cycling pop-up at de Bijenkorf has come to an end.

What started as a summer pop-up became a bigger success than we could have imagined. Seeing so many people discover our Coffee before Cycling and partner brands in this special setting meant a great deal to us and opened our eyes on its potential.

A huge thank you to the Bijenkorf Maastricht team for the trust, the opportunity and the amazing collaboration from start to finish.

We’re also incredibly grateful to all the partners who helped us bring the concept to life: Rose, Santini, La Marzocco, Oatly, Sprout Coffee Roasters, Wide Awake, FFWD Wheels, Reclaem, and many more.

Finally, thank you to our brilliant team and to everyone who visited, enjoyed a coffee, raced on Zwift, shopped or simply stopped by for a chat. You made this pop-up truly special.

One chapter closes. On to the next.

Bell ringing, final lap at our Bijenkorf pop-up!

Our summer pop-up has entered its final days. This Sunday, September 6, is your last chance to visit Fixed Gear Coffee × Coffee before Cycling at de Bijenkorf Maastricht.

Drop by for one final look at the collection, bikes and cycling gear. A huge thank you to everyone who visited, shopped, raced, drank coffee or simply stopped by for a chat. It’s been a great ride.

Some coffees just become part of the place.

This natural Brasil from Sprout Coffee Roasters has been our go-to for a long time — chocolatey, nutty, a little spicy, with a subtle strawberry finish.

It works beautifully with milk, is super accessible, but still is new school enough to keep things interesting. Exactly the kind of coffee we love serving every day and like a fixed gear bike, is the perfect daily driver. It works perfectly next to our other rotating more funky/fruity coffees.

After making thousands of coffees with it across our bars, we thought it was about time to make the collaboration official.

Now with our logo on the bag. Same coffee we’ve loved from the start.
