Can’t believe it already has been 1 year! In March 2025, we together with our publisher released No Halfway Cooks — a cookbook inspired by Don’s Noodle Shop, a cult restaurant that lives on through the book.
Built on bold flavours, personal roots, and travels across Asia and Oceania, it brings together dishes from the original menu — from noodles and dumplings to ferments — all shaped by a no-compromise approach to cooking.
Now, we’re looking beyond the Netherlands and Belgium.
We’d love to bring No Halfway Cooks to an international audience, particularly in the UK and Australia, and are currently exploring connections with publishers and literary agents.
