Behind every beautifully blistered naan and every perfectly charred tandoori creation is Malkeet Singh, whose passion for traditional Indian cooking is reflected in every detail.

With a true understanding of the tandoor, Malkeet brings together heat, timing and technique to create naans that are delicately crisp on the outside, wonderfully soft within, and tandoori dishes infused with that unmistakable smoky depth. 🫓🔥
