Alongside some familiar favourites, something new is taking shape: our Apple Crumble Cookie, complete with apple pieces and a generous crumble topping.

We’re still testing, tasting and perfecting it. It’s a difficult job, but someone has to do it.

🍪 THE COOKIES THAT STARTED IT ALL…
Cookie Time has been a few years in the baking.
Back in March 2020, Covid brought our catering company, Tarts, Catering & Cakes, to a sudden standstill. So we started NoTime2Cook, cooking and delivering fresh meals throughout The Hague for more than two years.
And tucked in alongside those meals were our homemade cookies—which quickly became firm favourites.
When NoTime2Cook came to an end in late 2022, we returned our attention to Tarts. But the cookies never quite left us. Their popularity planted the seed for something new.
Now they’re back—with four flavours, a new name and a home of their own: Cookie Time.
