At Shakshuka, every weekend (Fri-Sun) we have a new “Dish of The Day.” It is a specialized dish we often eat home with our families. One of these dishes is “Makloube.” Which means upside down. The rice is cooked with vegetables (especially cauliflower) then the pot is flipped upside down to make one of the most beautiful spreads. Give us a call or check our stories on which day we serve which dish!
