De laatste service in Zitoun is een feit 🥹

Maar wat was het een geweldige avond. Volle bak en iedereen heeft volop genoten van de Frans / Tunesische creaties van chef Mo & chef João. We konden ons geen beter afscheid wensen 🤩

Dit is zeker niet het einde van Zitoun. We blijven onze passie voor Tunesische food & wine delen. Onze volgende pop up in Amsterdam is Zaterdag 5 juli. En er zullen er zeker meer gaan volgen 🔥

🥹 Sad news Zitoun lovers…As of June 1st, we’re closing Zitoun at the Stevinstraat in The Hague. It turned out not to be the best location to pursue our passion for Tunisian food & wine. It’s bittersweet, because we still have so much passion & ideas and reviews remain amazing (4,9 on google). But sometimes you just have to close one door, to open a new one…

💙 We had 5 amazing years (swipe 👉🏻). With a lot of highs but also lows (remember Corona lock downs 🫠) We want to highlight a few highs:

🚀 So what’s next? We’re not sure yet. We’ll continue with our Tunisian Supper Club pop ups .amsterdam in Amsterdam, we keep you updated on new dates via our website and socials. And keep organizing our culinary trips to Tunisia. We’re not done yet with our passion for Tunisian food & wine!

🍽️ Our last service is on May 24th, the fully booked event with .p_proenca It’s fair to say we go out with a bang 😉 If you have a reservation with us after June 1st, we’ll get in touch with you personally.

❤️ We want to thank you all for visiting Zitoun and supporting us. It’s been a 5 yr ride for sure! But this is not the end of Zitoun, it’s just the end of our location at the Stevinstraat in The Hague.

💙 It’s time for a new chapter at Zitoun! Driven by our immense love for Tunisia and our passion to shine a light on Tunisian cuisine - food & wine - and long-time culinary traditions, we’re going to do things a little different at Zitoun…

🇹🇳 Tunisian Supper Clubs: to really focus on telling the story of chef Mo’s cuisine and culture, try new food and meet other foodies in an intimate setting, we decided to host weekly Tunisian Supper Clubs on Saturday nights. Every edition will be an unique experience build around chef Mo’s surprise tasting menu.

✨ Special weekend editions: every month we will also host a special weekend edition and invite guest chefs to create a beautiful fusion of different cultural and culinary stories. The next edition will be on Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th October and is a special 4-hands dinner by Brazilian chef João Proenca and chef Mo. We will communicate the dates of the next special editions on our website www.bijzitoun.nl via social media and our regular news letters.

👨🏾‍🍳 Private Zitoun experiences: Our intimate restaurant is also perfect for hosting private events for bigger groups between 15 - 28 persons. We can arrange private dinners and lunches upon request. Or we can host a private Zitoun event at your own home. We also offer private cooking workshops for groups between 4 – 6 persons. 🛫 Exclusive culinary trips to Tunisia: Want an even more unique experience? Together with Dar Reizen we also organize culinary trips to Tunisia.
