Some days stay with you.
This was one of them.

Last Friday, our kitchen became the meeting place of two culinary worlds, as we welcomed Jacob Jan Boerma to Odille for a very special 4hands experience.

A day of cooking, sharing, learning and creating.
Of precision and spontaneity.
Of great dishes, full tables and even better energy.

Most of all, it was a day about people: about bringing together different experiences, ideas and personalities around one kitchen.

Yesterday, we celebrated International Caviar Day with Imperial Perle, our caviar selection, developed in collaboration with House of Caviar.

Every dish was designed around this exceptional delicacy, creating a menu where each course revealed a new expression of caviar. Every bite. Every flavour. Every moment.
