General Tso’s cauliflower, raw marinated salmon, padrón peppers and a few rounds of your favourite cocktails. Just the way summer nights should be.

A proper salad should leave you feeling full and not bored halfway through. That’s exactly what we had in mind when we made our burrata salad. 🥂🍋

Creamy burrata, grilled zucchini, beetroot, cherry tomatoes, pickled red onion for a little kick, toasted pine nuts, parsley pesto and plenty of greens. But the real star? Our house-made romesco sauce who brings it all together…

A Spanish sauce made with roasted tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, vinegar and, this season, sunflower seeds instead of almonds, so even guests with a nut allergy can enjoy it.

Fresh, colourful nourishing and packed with flavour. Exactly how we like our salads. Come and try! 💛
