• Spelt toast with ricotta cream, roasted aubergine, marinated bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, Kalamata olive vinaigrette, arugula & toasted pine nuts.
• Spelt toast topped with ratatouille, tuna salad, pickled red onion and cucumber & mixed salad.
• Sweet potato vindaloo with coconut yogurt, cilantro, lime & warm flatbread.
