Voor de Fenix Food Factory zijn we op zoek naar een souschef die structuur brengt, overzicht bewaart en graag werkt in een strak georganiseerde keuken.

Als souschef ben je een belangrijk onderdeel van het keukenteam. Je werkt actief mee tijdens mise-en-place en service, ondersteunt en begeleidt collega’s en zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse werkzaamheden soepel verlopen. Je denkt vooruit en draagt actief bij aan het verbeteren van gerechten en werkprocessen.

As Assistant General Manager, you support the General Manager in the daily operations of the venue. You work actively on the floor, help lead the team, and ensure hospitality and service remain top priorities during busy shifts and events.

It’s time for another TAP TAKEOVER 🍻
On May 15th, we’re thrilled to be hosting a special TAP TAKEOVER featuring all the guest breweries from our Kaapse Brouwers 12th Anniversary Festival:

Walhalla (NL),
The Kernel (UK),
Q***r Brewing (UK),
Norm Brewing Co. (BE),
La Pirata Brewing (ES),
Laugar Brewery (ES),
Fermentage (PT),
Sleeping Village (NO),
Brussels Beer Project (BE),
Brouwerij De Kromme Haring (NL),
To Øl (DK) .

Each brewery is bringing one extra, specially selected beer which will only be available during this takeover.
This selection will not be available at our 12th Anniversary Festival… so don’t miss out 😉

All beers will be available on draft from 12:00 onwards and in the evening, the brewers themselves will also be joining us 🍺

The full beer line-up will be announced soon on here so make sure to keep an eye out!

On Thursday the 30th of April, we're kicking off a new edition of the Fenix Pub Kwiz, packed with challenging questions and a generous dose of Rotterdam fun.
Come put your knowledge to the test while enjoying some great food, a cold beer, a glass of wine or a refreshing soft drink.

💸 Entry fee: €10 per team

The quiz will be hosted entirely in English

Our kitchen opens with a special menu for the day including fries, bitterballen (meat & vega), kroket and loaded fries with mushroom or beef stew.

BBQ time! Think juicy burgers (meat & vega) and bratwurst fresh off the grill

🎟️From 12.00 (every two hours)
Join our lottery. Tickets can be purchased on the day for 1 euro and you could win beers or snacks!
