Almost one year ago, we introduced Day, Evening and Night.

Three natural fragrances following the changing rhythm of a day. Each can be worn individually or layered, allowing the fragrances to gradually blend and evolve.

Day is fresh and herbaceous.
Evening warm and sensual.
Night dark and smoky.

Now, a new fragrance is taking shape.

To be revealed this autumn.

At the edge of summer.

Figs mark the beginning of a new season at our table. Part of our September and October menu, where the last warmth of summer slowly gives way to autumn...

Reservations are open for September 12 & 26 and October 15 & 17.

LANDSCAPE

We begin by looking at the land.

Its soil, water, vegetation and seasons and what appears only briefly.

We read the Netherlands through six landscapes: sea, dunes, salt marshes, polders, forests and rivers. Each carries its own ingredients, materials and rhythms.

These conditions shape what we gather, preserve, cook and make.

Landscape is not the setting for our work. It is where the work begins.
