Did you know we are also open on Mondays and Tuesdays from 17:00?
The start of the week is a quieter, calmer time to sit down with us, a glass of wine and a table full of things to share. No rush, no crowds, just a good dinner when you least expect it. 🙏🏻

Hard to stop at one forkful. 💯
For everyone who believes crispy just tastes better. Crispy filet steak stripes in a mandarin sweet and sour glaze, sesame on top.

Peking duck is patience on a plate, about two days in the making... The skin is loosened with air, scalded, glazed and left to dry for a full day before roasting.
To finish, hot oil is ladled over the top until the skin turnsinto deliciously glassy and crisp.
It takes days to make and minutes to disappear. 🍽️

♨️ Due to the heatwave, our kitchen stays closed for lunch tomorrow, Friday. We open at 17:00 for dinner that evening. On Saturday we are back to our usual hours, open from 12:00.

With this heat, dinner does not need to be heavy. Our cold dishes are made for days like this, like the tuna with citrus-soja and wasabi: fresh, light. 🪭

Wok hei. Die rokerige, net even aangebrande smaak die alleen ontstaat als de pan gloeiend heet is en de timing klopt. 🔥
Het is geen trucje dat je in een week leert.
Het zit in je polsen, je gehoor, je gevoel voor vuur, en dat kost jaren. Daarom worden echte wokkoks steeds zeldzamer.

Some days it arrives steamed and delicate, other days pan-fried with a golden, savoury crust. The fish changes with whatever comes in freshest, but one thing never does: no one has ever regretted choosing it.

Perfect serve with soup and a bowl of steamed rice alongside.
