Choro Koji Fermentation & Nori.AOYAGI collaborate to bring you the third edition in their Kyodo Ryori series, a dinner experience exploring the regional cuisines of Japan. This time theyโre shining a light on the historic and vibrant Kansai region, bringing a 7-course immersive dinner based around the flavours of Kyoto, Osaka, and beyond.
