Na een mooie tijd bij La Terrasse neemt onze manager Nina Droste afscheid. ❤️

Voor veel van onze gasten is Nina inmiddels een vertrouwd gezicht. Iemand die u welkom heet, uw favoriete tafel kent en ervoor zorgt dat u zich thuis voelt. Juist daarom willen we haar laatste werkdag niet zomaar voorbij laten gaan.

Op zondag 20 september verwelkomt Nina u graag nog één keer tijdens de lunch. Met live-entertainment van een jazzzangeres wordt het een ontspannen middag om samen herinneringen op te halen, nog even bij te praten en haar het allerbeste te wensen voor haar nieuwe uitdaging.

Nina, bedankt voor alle mooie momenten, je warmte en de aandacht waarmee je onze gasten hebt ontvangen. ❤️

On August 30th, Restaurant Latour Noordwijk is coming downstairs to our sunny terrace for an afternoon lunch unlike any other.

For the first time at Grand Hotel Huis ter Duin, Chef Kenny Friederichs from Latour and Chef Jasper Aalbregt from La Terrasse bring their two culinary worlds together for an exclusive five-course lunch on our terrace.

Expect signature dishes from both restaurants, combining the elegance of Latour with the relaxed atmosphere of La Terrasse. All served overlooking the North Sea, with a selected wine pairing and live jazz setting the tone for the afternoon.

There’s always a second where nobody speaks.

The oysters arrive first, followed by warm brioche topped with smoked eel, green herbs and herring caviar. Sunlight falls across the table, glasses catch the afternoon light and for just a moment everything stands still before the first bite turns the terrace
back into conversation again.
