Some dishes start fresh and then quietly surprise 🦪

That is exactly what happens with our Irish Mór oyster, served with fenugreek, lemon and bak k*t teh. The sea is still there, bright and clean, but the warmth underneath gives the dish a completely different kind of depth.

Today, Beluga Loves You is open again! The restaurant is coming back to life, the team is ready and we are so happy to welcome our guests back to the table ❤️

This red mullet with XO, basil and tomato is one of the dishes we are excited to serve again. Fresh, full of character and a beautiful way to return to Beluga 🥰

Still two days of Beluga before our summer holiday begins ☀️

Today and tomorrow are still all about what we love most: welcoming you, cooking for you and creating those moments at the table that make Beluga feel like Beluga.

After these two days, we will be closed for our holiday. From 13 August, we will be back with the same love for every dish, every table and every guest 💛

Bij Beluga Loves You wordt een lunch of avond bijzonder door alles wat samenkomt. De keuken speelt daarin natuurlijk een grote rol, maar net zo goed het welkom, de rust aan tafel, de aandacht op het juiste moment en het gevoel dat gasten zich volledig op hun gemak voelen. Juist op de vloer maak jij daarin het verschil!

Als Chef de Rang neem je een belangrijke plek in binnen de service. Je bewaakt het verloop van de lunch of avond, presenteert gerechten en dranken met kennis van zaken en zorgt samen met je collega’s dat iedere stap vanzelfsprekend voelt. Daarbij werk je in een team waar kwaliteit, timing en samenwerking iedere dag centraal staan.

Not dessert yet, luckily 🤭

Anjou pigeon with blackberry, pink pepper and mole has quickly become one of our current favourites. It has the warmth and character you want later in the menu, while the blackberry keeps the dish fresh, lively and beautifully in season.

The soft heat of pink pepper and the darker note of mole bring everything together in a way that feels rich, elegant and perfectly placed just before the final part of your Beluga experience begins ❤️

Meet Eduardo, our new maître at Beluga Loves You!

Eduardo has seen different sides of hospitality, but fine dining is where he feels most at home. What brought him to Beluga was the feeling he had from the start: the connection with chef Servais, his vision for gastronomy and a team that welcomed him with warmth from day one.

That same warmth is exactly what Eduardo wants to bring to the floor. As maître, he looks forward to meeting even more of our guests, guiding them through the Beluga experience and playing his part in the service, the team and the moments that make every lunch or dinner feel truly special.
