Big news from Kruisherenhotel Maastricht, a member of Design Hotels. Two-Michelin-star chef Syrco Bakker is returning to the Netherlands, and he's coming to Maastricht.

Together we're developing a new restaurant and bar for Sociëteit De Stuers, the forthcoming extension of the hotel. The concept is built on Syrco's philosophy of Traceability, Nature & Transparency, and draws on everything he's discovered on Bali and in Indonesia. In Maastricht, that comes together with Dutch and regional produce and his European techniques.

It will be a concept of its own, rooted in the history and hospitality of Maastricht.
