Shoyo Ramen 🍜 - a soy based ramen with oyster mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, bok choy and tofu. The broth was made with shiitake, ginger & kombu 🤤

On the menu this Monday is a peanut satay noodle soup and paella.

Meals are delivered with different components separated for you to reheat and plate up. We want you to enjoy the dish how it should be: with crunchy bits and crispy garnishes

The most colourful pictures on our page are all from Korean dishes 🇰🇷

Japchae are translucent and chewy sweet potato noodles with a bunch of different vegetables mixed in with soy and sesame. It typically has beef and omelette but we have replaced that with shiitake mushroom and fried tofu ✌🏼
