Summer is here to stay... and so are we.
Enjoy long, sun-filled lunches, leisurely dinners and relaxed Sunday afternoons at GEM. Throughout the summer, our doors remain open for unforgettable gastronomic experiences, whether you join us for lunch or settle in for Sunday drinks on our terrace, surrounded by the beauty of Landgoed Kasteel Gemert.

GEM. will be closed for our summer break from 23 August until 9 September.
We look forward to welcoming you back from Thursday, 10 September, for lunch, dinner and drinks.

Feel the GEM.** brought together the very best of our world. A summer afternoon filled with outstanding food, exceptional wines, signature drinks, great music and even better company, all set in the garden.

Together with our partners, including The Dalmore, S.Pellegrino and event partner Domín, we created an experience where every detail mattered. From live DJ & sax and a tattoo artist to exclusive tastings and unforgettable moments, it was a celebration of everything that makes GEM. unique.

More than just an event, Feel the GEM. marked the perfect prelude to an exciting milestone as we prepare to celebrate one official year of GEM.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us and to all partners who helped bring this day to life.

For a full year already, our historic kitchen garden has provided a daily harvest of fresh herbs, vegetables and fruit. Now, with the arrival of our own bee family, this fertile corner of the estate has become even richer in life and biodiversity.

Their first gift? Fresh honey from the July harvest.

A look back on a truly special day. A day spent in the company of someone who has played an important role in Soenil’s journey - as a chef, as an entrepreneur and, above all, as a person.

For years, Cees Helder has been a source of inspiration, guidance and perspective. Not only through his achievements in gastronomy, but through the conversations, lessons and values he passed on along the way.

Moments like these are a reminder that true mentorship extends far beyond the kitchen. It is about sharing knowledge, challenging one another, and helping shape the next generation.

The reason for this gathering will be revealed soon. But before that, we would like to honour the man at the heart of it all.
