One of the benchmark grower Champagnes on our list.

This estate, led by Rodolphe Péters, comprises 19 hectares of predominantly Grand Cru vineyards in the Côte des Blancs. The Cuvée Spéciale “Les Chétillons” is sourced from three parcels within the lieu-dit Les Chétillons in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger.

Vinified in stainless steel and aged 72 months sur lie, followed by an additional year under cork post-disgorgement, this is a Blanc de Blancs from 100% Chardonnay.

A precise, mineral-driven expression of chalk-rich terroir, with great tension, depth, and ageing potential.
