Dordrecht... IT'S HAPPENING! 🍾

Bubbles at the door, bites all afternoon. Come toast the beginning with us.

Who are you bringing?! 👀

Still under construction, already looking like The Woodpecker. Nick and Thomas are on site making sure every detail lands right.

Piece by piece, The Woodpecker Diner is coming together. 🛠️

Behind the mess of ductwork and materials, we can already feel what this space is becoming.

Every layer we add brings us one step closer to opening our doors.

Slow-smoked, hand-carved and stacked high. This is our pastrami sandwich.

The menu is loading. We're still perfecting every dish before it earns its spot, but we couldn't resist giving you a sneak peek. This one made its debut at Big Rivers festival.

This is where in a few weeks the magic will happen.

Right now it's steel frames, kegs waiting for their spot, and a kitchen hood ready to take the heat. Behind these walls, a kitchen is taking shape that's built for serious cooking. Soon it'll be full of smoke, flame and the smell of delicious food.

Stay close, we'll be opening soon Dordrecht. 👀

Our loaded jalapeño hotdogs, from grill to hungry hands.

A little look behind the scenes at Big Rivers Festival Fresh from the grill, every hotdog was built to order and served straight from our bar. Smoky, spicy, loaded and made with care, exactly how we like to do it.

Thanks to everyone who stopped by for a bite. 🌭

Big Rivers, served the Woodpecker way.

A full square, live music under the trees and cold drinks in hand. We served our food, poured slushies and plenty of beers, and enjoyed every conversation in between.

Dordrecht, thank you for bringing the energy. We’re still enjoying the afterglow.

See you soon. 👀
