VEGAN & G.F. CHOCOLATE HUMMUS - ready in 10" !
Ingredients for 2 portions:
200 g cooked chickpeas
20 g cocoa powder
25 g vegetable coconut, almond or other butter or 2 tablespoons of seed oil
agave syrup or other sweetener to taste
hazelnuts as topping
Drain the chickpeas from the jar into a bowl. If you use home-cooked chickpeas from dried ones, skip this step. Rinse the chickpeas well under running water and pat them dry briefly with kitchen paper.
In a mixer, combine the cooked chickpeas, 20g of cocoa powder and 25g of vegetable butter. Blend until you obtain a cream. Taste and sweeten with your favorite sweetener (vegan syrups, honey or sugar): blend to combine. Decortate with hazelnuts as topping. YOUR DESSERT IS READY!
