Next Tuesday, September 15, we’ll be open again with a special limited menu only!

This time, our main ramen will be:

🔥 IEKEI Inspire Tonkotsu RAMEN (家系ラーメン)

Iekei Ramen is a popular style of ramen that originated in Yokohama, Japan.

It features a rich and savory pork & chicken bone broth combined with a strong soy sauce tare,and is traditionally topped with spinach and nori seaweed.

In Japan, many people enjoy Iekei Ramen together with a bowl of steamed rice.🍚
The rich, soy-forward soup, nori and rice make a perfect combination!

🌱 Vegetarian Miso Ramen will also be available.

A huge thank you to everyone who visited our booth at Japan Fes Amstelveen yesterday!

We prepared a special Niboshi Shoyu Ramen exclusively for the festival. Since we still have some of the soup left, we’ll be opening for one special evening only:

📅 Tuesday, June 30
🕔 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM

For this special opening, we’ll make the ramen even closer to our restaurant style, with a richer and more intense niboshi (dried sardine) flavor.

🍜 The menu will mainly feature our Special Niboshi Shoyu Ramen.

If you missed it at the festival—or you’d simply like another bowl—we’d love to welcome you!

For this year’s festival, we have prepared a special menu exclusively for our festival guests.

Our featured ramen is a traditional Japanese Niboshi Shoyu Ramen, made with a rich broth extracted from dried sardines.

This style of ramen is loved throughout Japan for its deep umami flavor, delicate aroma, and authentic taste.

This is a special limited-edition ramen available only at Japan Fest Amstelveen and will not be served in our regular restaurants.
