As we are closed until the new school year, we have some time to let our instructors introduce themselves. We are starting with the one and only Mrs. van den Bovenkamp:

Hi, I am Mrs. van den Bovenkamp; I have been teaching at for 5 years. My favorite drink is a good Burgundy Chardonnay (think Puligny or Chassagne) or Champagne. Foodwise we can go anywhere, but my favorite would be French 2.0. So, the classics turned around. My specialty is cheese, there was a time that I knew 500 cheeses by heart.
