It all started with a €5 cold ramen… 😅

Then the chef kept saying,
“Let’s just add one more thing…”

More toppings.
Better noodles.
New oils.
More testing.

Before we knew it…

It somehow became a €15 bowl. 😂

Cold ramen takes more work than most people think. 🍜❄️

One of those steps is chilling the noodles in ice water to improve their texture and remove excess starch.
