This rare Champagne from Pinot Noir grapes was full bodied but fresh, hints of apple, refined and elegant, nice acidity and a lot of dept. Grateful to have tasted this.

Weekend with friends in Amsterdam! Lot’s of food&wine&fun&cooking together- not a picture of everything. Made bone marrow and beef and onion stuffed with lobster.
