It’s hard to believe it’s already been one year since we sold Plant Based Sushi. This journey has been bittersweet—we’re so grateful for the freedom and new opportunities ahead, but we definitely miss the excitement of running a restaurant. From serving our amazing guests to working with a fantastic team and crafting delicious plant-based dishes, this chapter will always hold a special place in our hearts. We’re thankful for all the lessons, experiences, and memories we’ve created along the way.

Over the past year, we’ve also had the chance to focus on new projects, including renovating a house in Croatia where we sharpened our skills in project management and design. It’s been an incredible journey, and we’re looking forward to what’s next. Thank you to everyone who’s been a part of our story—we’ll always be here if you need restaurant advice or just want to chat about the hospitality world. Don’t hesitate to reach out!
