We are a specialty coffee bar with a multi-roaster approach. We curate coffees from around the world. You can buy all our coffees online and in our shop.

Every month we have at least one new coffee brand on the shelf. We are proud to say that since the beginning of 2021, Onyx Coffee Lab became our home roaster. With that, we collaborated even more and established our own Onyx Hummingbird Blend! If you have the chance, stop by our shop to first try the one you would like to buy! Every coffee we sell, we serve too! All for the love of specialty coffee!

Hummingbird Pie! 🍰

We have something special on the menu this month 🌿
This delicious vegan pie is made with pineapple, bananas & crunchy pecans, topped with a creamy cashew frosting and roasted coconut ☕️

Originally from Jamaica 🇯🇲 and named after the island’s national bird, the Hummingbird pie gets its name from the rich and fruity sweetness of banana and pineapple, flavours hummingbirds are known to love.

A perfect match for your Sunday coffee ☕️☕️ Come by and try it! 😋

2025 was very special to us🌟

We met a lot of people along the way, some became regulars, some bacame friends. And we’re incredibly thankful for the team that makes all of this possible👏

We’ll be closed on December 25 & 26 to celebrate Christmas🎄
