A deeper look at Casa Decor 2026 inside a future in Madrid.

This month, we’re proud to host inside a landmark building that’s getting a new chapter as Sir Augustin, part of our Sir Hotels family.

Located in Madrid’s Literary Quarter, the building dates back to 1892 and has lived many lives—now it’s opening its doors once again, this time as a six-storey celebration of design, hospitality, and what’s next.

Across the space, installations by Laufen, Neolith, Edelmann, Bang & Olufsen, and Dica bring each floor to life in their own way.

We opened the month with a welcome talk from our VP of Brand & Marketing, setting the tone for what’s to come.

Exciting news from Madrid! 🇪🇸

We’re incredibly honoured that one of our heritage buildings has been chosen as the host venue for 2026, Spain’s most iconic design fair.

From 9 April to 24 May, guests will be able to wander through fifty brilliantly imagined spaces, all brought to life within our historic walls. This magnificent property will soon join the family, right in the heart of Barrio de las Letras, the neighbourhood once loved by Spain’s Golden Age writers and artists. It will also be home to a future and restaurant. Until then, we can’t wait to open our doors to you and the fair next spring.
