When called looking for Venezuelan-inspired bites for an event with Diplomático Rum, we said yes before they’d even finished the sentence. 🇻🇪

Our founder, Mayda, was born and raised in Venezuela, and bringing the flavours of her homeland to the table is something very close to her heart. So creating a menu for this night felt extra special.

Swipe through for a taste of the evening: crispy patacón, chargrilled octopus, and a rum-kissed brownie to finish.

Gracias and Diplomático Rum for having us. We loved being part of it!

Nothing makes us happier than hearing this from the people enjoying our food. 🧡

Fresh, varied and “always top-notch”, in Laszlo’s words. That’s exactly how we want an office lunch to feel like.

Thank you to the team at GetStream.io for trusting ALMA to be part of your workday. 🙌

Crew meals need to be satisfying, suitable for different dietary needs, while giving people the energy to keep going through a busy event day. That makes menu design an important part of the wider event operation. 👩🏻‍🍳

For , our menus are designed to combine practical service with fresh ingredients, balanced choices and meals that still feel colourful and carefully prepared.

Because supporting the people behind a major event also means making sure they are properly looked after.

𝗔 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗺𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁. 👑🌈
During the opening of World Pride Amsterdam at Vondelpark, our founder Mayda had the opportunity to meet 𝗤𝘂𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗠𝗮́𝘅𝗶𝗺𝗮 at Pride Park.

Her warmth, charisma and genuine interest in the people she met, as well as in learning more about ALMA, made the moment even more memorable.

To be part of such important celebration already means a great deal to us, meeting Queen Máxima was the cherry on the top!

Last Saturday marked the beginning of an important project for ALMA Catering: World Pride Amsterdam 2026. 🏳️‍🌈

The opening was at Vondelpark, and while the park filled with music, celebration and community, an incredible team was working behind the scenes to make it all happen.

Production teams, organisers, technicians, volunteers, security staff and many others work long hours to create the experience the public ultimately sees. Our role is to take care of those people through reliable service, thoughtful menus and a catering operation that keeps running throughout the day.

Being part of Pride is important to us as it also reflects values that are central to ALMA: inclusion, care, community and creating spaces where everyone feels welcome.

Vondelpark was the first location in a wider catering programme across Pride Amsterdam and WorldPride 2026, and we are proud to support the teams bringing this global celebration to life.

A big thank you to Stichting Pride Amsterdam for trusting us to be part of it.

Stay tuned as we continue our Pride journey across Amsterdam, and explore the full programme to join the celebration:

100 guests, 0 waste, and a completely seamless night. ✅

When we cater an event, our goal isn't just to serve delicious food; it’s to create an experience where sustainability and high-end ex*****on go hand in hand.

We were absolutely thrilled to read this review from a recent corporate event we catered right here in Amsterdam. Hearing that the team felt the "intention behind everything" means the world to us, because that intention is exactly what drives Alma.

From custom, thoughtfully styled presentations to meticulous planning of food quantities to avoid waste, we make sure large-scale event catering feels personal, creative, and conscious.
