WOW. SKEVOFILAX This wine has something I’ve never experienced before: it ages underwater for three years, at a depth of 30 metres in the Gulf of Kefalos. Inspired by an ancient tradition from Kos dating back to the 4th century BC, when wine was enriched with seawater.🌊🪸

And the result? A rich, full-bodied 100% Assyrtiko with vibrant, mineral-driven acidity and a finish that just won’t quit. This is exactly why I love travel and wine: stories and flavours you won’t find anywhere else!
