Onze menukaart heeft een ruime keuze uit duurzaam vlees, vis, vegetarische en veganistische gerechten waarmee je een 3, 4 of 5 gangen keuzemenu kunt samenstellen uit alle gerechten. Op vrijdag en zaterdag (soms ook donderdag en/of zondag) zijn er live muziek optredens op ons podium. Meestal Jazzy & Soulful, soms Tango, Bossa/Nova of mooie Singer/Songwriter liedjes. Het robuuste, industriële, hoge

pand waarin Bar Restaurant Pompstation is gevestigd, is gebouwd aan het begin van de vorige eeuw (1912) in de karakteristieke stijl van de Amsterdamse School. De pompen in de kelder zijn nog steeds in gebruik door Waternet.

De Tomahawk. Van Nederlandse Dubbeldoel koeien, dezelfde koe die haar leven lang melk geeft en uiteindelijk het mooiste vlees levert.

Op onze charcoal grill. Weinig nodig. Een beetje zout ervoor, een snufje Maldon zout erna. Dat is alles.
