We’re excited to welcome to Amsterdam for a special city-wide art takeover across some of its most loved food spots.

Born in Cannes, France, Lucas is known for his vibrant, playful universe and his signature “Gus Gus” characters, inspired by skate culture, travel, dreams, and human connection. His work spans murals, skate decks, magazines, hotels, galleries, and collaborations with brands including Vans, Nike, Adidas, Burton, and W Hotels.

For this project, Lucas will transform the windows of , .restaurant , , , , and our place, Belly Pepper!

The sun is finally lighting up our tables again and we have a brand new dish for you! ☀️

Hummus, crispy pastrami, poached eggs, roasted peppers, and our homemade spicy bread, made with a traditional recipe from Mersin, Türkiye.

We recommend tearing off a piece of bread, dipping it into the hummus and poached eggs, and enjoying it with a bite of crispy pastrami for the perfect combination of flavors.

We can’t wait for you to try our newest dish!

What an honour to host Bağış at Belly Pepper ✨

An unforgettable evening filled with stories, laughter, and the rich world of Turkish wines. Levon guided us through each glass with his signature storytelling, turning every sip into a journey.

Paired beautifully with a vibrant spring menu by , each dish brought out new layers and surprises in the wines.

From ‘Aylak Lakerda’ with Paşaeli Naif Pet-Nat Rosé (2025) and delicate asparagus tarama with Kastro Tireli Hermos Bornova Misketi (2024), to goat kid börek paired with Yaban Karasakız (2023), and grilled lamb loin with Heraki Novakula Boğazkere (2021)… finishing with a keşkül alongside Yaban Saman Sarısı (2020–2022).

Very much like cinnamon bun, but Turkish mom made version with tahini. Not super sweet, soft, warm, and perfect with a cup of coffee.
