Three years of friendship, growth, and mutual respect. 🇯🇵🤝🇧🇷

Yesterday I stopped by Shu Chan_Liberdade🇯🇵🥢 in São Paulo.

We’ve known each other for about three years, and every time we meet, it’s great to see how much both sides have grown.

Different journeys, different challenges — but the same mindset:

Keep learning. Keep improving. Keep moving forward.

I hope we can continue to inspire each other, push each other, and become even stronger through that positive rivalry and friendship.

São Paulo gave us a good friend.

CHALLENGE FIRST. 🥷🔥🇧🇷

You never really know until you try.

If you do it, you learn.
If you don’t, you’ll never know.

At this outdoor music festival in Brazil, we had to stay flexible from the beginning.

Different country.
Different crowd.
Different taste.
Different conditions.

We didn’t know exactly which menu would work best, so we kept testing, adjusting, changing, and learning directly on site.

That was the real value of this experience.

Not everything goes perfectly.
But every challenge gives you data.
Every mistake gives you a lesson.
Every success gives you the next clue.

And one more special point:

We did this in Minas Gerais. 🇧🇷

For us, that makes this chapter even more meaningful.

A real field test.
A real learning experience.
A real step forward.

CURRY GYU — Brazil Festival Edition 🇯🇵🔥🇧🇷

One of the dishes we served at Resistência Festival in Brazil.

Slow-cooked beef, so tender it almost falls apart, paired with our signature Japanese curry and proper Japanese rice.

Even in Brazil, we wanted to keep the core of the dish authentically Japanese.

Soft beef.
Rich curry.
Japanese rice.

A perfect marriage of flavors and textures — and definitely pure munchies food. 😮‍💨🔥

Japanese comfort food, made properly, even on the other side of the world.

20 DAYS NON-STOP — UBERLÂNDIA TO SÃO PAULO. 🇧🇷🔥

At this moment, none of us knew what the next 20 days would become.

We had just finished the festival, survived the camping life, and were having a small celebration at GRU. 😂

Then came:

🎧 DJ sessions
🌙 Club nights
🍱 Lunch service
🍽️ Dinner service
🤝 Collaborations
🔥 Non-stop preparation
🇧🇷 And a completely new chapter in Brazil

From Uberlândia to São Paulo, we kept moving every single day.

No easy road.
A lot of learning.
A lot of pressure.
A lot of unforgettable moments.

And in the end…

It became a huge success.

Looking back at this photo makes us smile, because at that time we had no idea how much was about to happen.

To the team:
Camping mission complete. 20-day Brazil mission complete. Much respect. 🥷🫶🔥

One chapter finished.
The next one is already calling.
