A baked cheesecake with Greek feta, topped with juicy tomatoes, olives, and fresh herbs, inspired by long lunches by the Aegean Sea. Every bite is sunshine, sea breeze, and a taste of the Greek islands.

Who said cheesecake has to be sweet?
