Tiramisu 🇮🇹

Traditionally made by layering espresso-soaked ladyfingers with a smooth mascarpone cream and finishing with a dusting of cocoa powder, tiramisu literally means “pick me up” a nod to its rich coffee flavour. Originating in the Veneto region, it combines Italy’s love for coffee and sweet flavours. Doesn’t get much more traditional and authentic!
