Join Heather at PieCraft for our hands-on Kimchi Workshop on Saturday 19 September, 14:00–16:00. You’ll make your own 1 kg batch of traditional cabbage kimchi, learn the basics of fermentation, enjoy a guided condiment tasting and take home your fermentation jar + printed recipe. We’re excited to finally share this with you! Our Kimchi Workshops are now online for booking!

Whether you’ve always wanted to learn the art of fermentation or you’re simply curious about one of Korea’s most iconic dishes, this hands-on class is for you. We’ll guide you through the entire process, share the story behind kimchi, and teach you the techniques to make it confidently at home.

You’ll leave with your own freshly made kimchi, plenty of new knowledge, and hopefully a new appreciation for just how fun fermentation can be.

Spaces are limited to keep every class personal, so if you’ve been thinking about joining us, now is the perfect time.
