Why PAUSA?
Because life can get busy.

We wanted to create a place where you can slow down, stay a little longer and enjoy the good things.

Exceptional coffee. Ceremonial matcha. Fresh focaccia. Handmade desserts. Something to take with you when you’re in a rush, or a reason to stay when you’re not.

In Italian, pausa means “pause”.

And that’s exactly what we hope PAUSA can be: a little pause in your day.

A new space. A new story.
And a moment to PAUSA.

This is PAUSA.

A new place to slow down, stay a little longer and enjoy the good things.

Exceptional coffee. Ceremonial matcha. Fresh focaccia. Handmade desserts. All crafted with care and served in a space designed around warmth, quality and taking a moment for yourself.

Behind the scenes, we’re transforming Kinkerstraat 75 into PAUSA — and over the coming weeks, we’ll be sharing the journey as it all comes to life.

A little note before we begin: PAUSA is a completely new and independent concept. While we’re taking over the former Larry’s location, PAUSA is not affiliated with or a continuation of Larry’s.

From the space to the smallest details, we’re creating something that feels entirely PAUSA.

Designed to slow down. Created to make you stay.

Opening soon.
Kinkerstraat 75, Amsterdam.
Follow along from the very beginning.
