The Federweisser has arrived! Federweisser is a traditional drink from the agerman w**e regions. It's simply white grape juice made from grapes harvested two weeks ago. The w**emaker added yeast and the fermentation process started. With normal w**es he waits a longer periode but with Federweisser hecnearly immediately fills the juice in bottles. And there we are, this is Federweisser. Actively fermenting frape juice. The Federweisser we serve is made by Weingut Braunewell in the Selztal in Rheinhessen. It's transported in bottles to Amsterdam by Markvandewijn. We keep the bottles cool to keep the abv low and serve the Federweisser for about two weeks. This year ww think we have enough till about oktober 8. But it all depends on how much people drink. A week ago we had 90 bottles. Half of them is already gone... so be quick! The next batch arrives next year...
