In Ghanaian homes, weekends taste like comfort.
Omo Tuo, soft, sticky rice shaped into tender spheres is served with a rich, slow-cooked peanut soup that warms both heart and heritage.

Smoked Compressed Beetroot

Inspired by our chef’s journey through South Africa, this dish tells a story of transformation where humble beetroot meets smoke, citrus, and spice.

We compress it in an aromatic orange marinade, pair it with goat cheese bonbons rolled in Yaji the bold West African Suya spice and finish with charred oranges, a minted yoghurt dressing, and toasted egusi seeds from the West African melon plant.

A balance of earth and flame.
