Lunch with the Producer — Versante Wines

On Sunday 31 May we welcome Marika and Luca of Versante Wines from Montefiorino, in the heart of the Appennino Modenese, for a special lunch dedicated to their mountain wines and the cuisine of Emilia Romagna.
Together with the producers we created a seasonal menu inspired by the Modenese Apennines: forests, chestnuts, altitude, stone villages and the traditions of mountain cooking.
During the lunch, Marika and Luca will personally introduce the wines and share the story behind their work and territory.

13:00 — welcome drink
14:00 — lunch begins

With great pride, we’re happy to share some wonderful news from our team 🍷✨

Our beloved sommelier Yuri has officially obtained his Vinologist Diploma (SDEN 4) — the highest nationally recognised wine qualification in the Netherlands. A fantastic achievement that reflects deep expertise, refined tasting skills, and true dedication to the craft.
For our guests, this means an even higher level of wine service, thoughtful pairings, and guidance that perfectly complements our cuisine — always with respect for origin, producers, and flavour.
Congratulations, Yuri! We’re incredibly proud 🥂
