This coming sunday, may the 31th a special event is guested at Pianeta Terra. Two young wine producers from my home place will join us for an informal lunch and wine tasting.Luca and Marika from “Versante wines” ,based in Montefiorino,will tell us their story, their choice to stay and elevate their territory and will present their products .
A four coarses menu inspired by Emilia-Romagna cooking styles will be served.

Lunch with the Producer — Versante Wines

On Sunday 31 May we welcome Marika and Luca of Versante Wines from Montefiorino, in the heart of the Appennino Modenese, for a special lunch dedicated to their mountain wines and the cuisine of Emilia Romagna.
Together with the producers we created a seasonal menu inspired by the Modenese Apennines: forests, chestnuts, altitude, stone villages and the traditions of mountain cooking.
During the lunch, Marika and Luca will personally introduce the wines and share the story behind their work and territory.
