The 1st of June we celebrate the 5th year of opening café de Parel at de westerstraat. In my search for finding a place with a soul, with a taste of history ones you step. De Parel has exceeded far beyond my imagination. The way it developed over the past years has blown my mind in several ways. Being able to combine local & seasonal dining in to this brown bar atmosphere was a dream I ones had and has touched my heart in many ways. Working together with people I now call my friends to restore the brown bar in honour and giving it a place in this fast developing modern world. We are going to celebrate this birthday with a big one so stay tuned! In the mean time enjoy the lovely terrace ☀️
