This mushroom was grown right HERE at MOGU 🍄👀

Yep, you read that right.

At MOGU Mycology, we grow specialty mushrooms right here in Amsterdam 🇳🇱 experimenting with different species, growing techniques and ways to bring fungi closer to food and everyday life.

Some of them even make their way from our growing room to the food display 🌱

Curious to see what we’re growing next? 👀

Follow MOGU's Mushroom Lab to learn more about the world of fungi 🍄
