Restaurant Dr. Strudelbert will be open on Saturday 24 Dec, and then again on Saturday 31 Dec 2022 and into 1 Jan 2023, with a limited menu. Regular opening with expanded menu is planned from 3 Jan 2023 onwards.
In the meantime, everybody is welcome to try our freshly made sausages!

Dr. Strudelbert is a new casual restaurant at Albert Cuyp Market in Amsterdam, serving homemade grilled sausages and skewers, and a range of Central and East European hearty soups, such as goulash, chestnut soup, porcini soup, various sauerkraut soups, veal bone broth. We also make specialties with pumpkin seed oil and poppy seed strudels. All of our menu is available all day, from quick sandwiches on the go, to a full three course meal served within 15 minutes.

We are currently finishing the renovation of our premises and plan to open around 15 Dec 2022. We are looking to complete our staff on the following positions: assistant cook, barman, waiter and cleanup. We prefer full time contracts, but will employ hourly workers as well. Previous experience is higly desirable, but not a must, while enthusiasm for good food is definitely a must.
